Ingredients
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup Oat flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ground flaxseed and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconut oil to the flaxseed mixture. Stir well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings.
