Ingredients
  • 30 ounce Canned white beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the tomato paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, smoked paprika, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add the canned white beans and water. Mix everything together.
  5. Cover the pot and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
