  • 400 gram Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Instant Coffee
  • 4 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 12 piece Ladyfinger Biscuits
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 50 gram Dark Chocolate
Instructions
  1. In a blender, blend tofu, cocoa powder, instant coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfinger biscuits in almond milk and layer them in a serving dish.
  3. Pour half of the tofu mixture over the ladyfingers.
  4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ladyfingers and tofu mixture.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Grate dark chocolate over the top before serving.
