Ingredients
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon Tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 drop Red food coloring (optional)
  • 500 grams Boneless chicken pieces
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, tandoori masala, paprika, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and red food coloring (optional).
  2. Add boneless chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with naan bread or rice.
