Ingredients
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 4 piece Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the spinach mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  5. Divide the spinach mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve.
