Ingredients
  • 350 gram Chicken Breast
  • 2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Red Curry Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring the coconut milk to a boil.
  2. Add the red curry paste and stir well.
  3. Add the chicken breast and cook until it is no longer pink.
  4. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
  5. Stir in the mushrooms, red bell pepper, and green beans.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and Thai basil leaves.
