  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.
