  • 2 pound Squash
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the squash into cubes.
  2. Chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Transfer the onion and garlic to a slow cooker.
