  • 200 gram Avocado
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 4 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado and tofu together until smooth.
