Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and crumble it.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic, onion, and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  4. Add crumbled tofu, soy sauce, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
