Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Enjoy!
