  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cup Mixed nuts and seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup Dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Stir in the mixed nuts and seeds, as well as the dried fruits.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish, ensuring it is evenly spread.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for about 30 minutes.
