Ingredients
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 can Canned black beans
  • 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 4 wedge Lime wedges
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the vegetables.
  3. Add the canned kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes (with their juice), and corn kernels. Stir well.
  4. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
