  • 2 cup Kimchi
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
Instructions
  1. In a pot, add vegetable broth and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the kimchi, tofu, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes to the pot.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the kimchi is tender.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
