Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions until golden brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and saute for another minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add chickpeas and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add garam masala and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve hot with rice or naan.
