Ingredients
  • 1 pound Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into thick rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, honey, cinnamon, orange juice, raisins, pecans, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Mix well to coat the carrots evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
  7. Let the tzimmes rest for 10 minutes before serving.
