Ingredients
  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 2 piece Ripe tomatoes
  • 8 leaf Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  2. Grill or toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
  4. Finely chop the basil leaves and garlic cloves.
  5. Add the chopped basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with tomatoes. Mix well.
  6. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
