  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 4 medium Tomatoes
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the bread slices on the grill or toaster and cook until toasted.
  4. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic.
  5. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Once the bread slices are toasted, remove them from the grill or toaster.
  7. Rub each slice with a garlic clove.
  8. Spoon the tomato mixture onto each bread slice.
  9. Serve immediately.
