Ingredients
  • 500 gram Winter Melon
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Cut the winter melon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger, and green onions until fragrant.
  3. Add the winter melon and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and white pepper powder. Stir well.
  5. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the winter melon is tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  7. Pour the slurry into the pan and stir well to thicken the sauce.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil on top and serve hot.
