  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk (non-dairy for vegan)
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and milk to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out the dough to about 1/2-inch (3 cm) thickness.
  7. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out rounds from the dough.
  8. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
