Ingredients
  • 2 ripe Avocado
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Slice each half into 4-5 evenly-sized pieces. Set aside.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  5. Dip each avocado slice into the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
