Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chinese cabbage
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add carrots and shiitake mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Add Chinese cabbage and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
