Ingredients
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 can Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 can Canned black beans
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and grated carrot. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  4. Pour in canned diced tomatoes, drained kidney beans, drained black beans, and water. Stir to combine.
  5. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
