Ingredients
  • 200 gram Sweet potato
  • 100 gram Carrot
  • 100 gram Broccoli
  • 50 gram Quinoa
  • 50 gram Chickpea flour
  • 2 teaspoon Ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and grate the sweet potato and carrot.
  3. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop it finely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potato, carrot, chopped broccoli, quinoa, chickpea flour, ground flaxseed, water, olive oil, and salt.
  5. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  6. Shape the mixture into small patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the baby finger food patties warm.
