Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • for garnishing chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until they are cooked. Peel and cut them into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add the boiled potato cubes and mix gently.
  7. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with rice or roti.
