  • 2 medium-sized Acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the acorn squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over each squash half.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the squash is tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
