Ingredients
  • 250 gram Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, flour, and salt.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten slightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  4. Fry the falafel until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from the pan and let them rest on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with tahini sauce or in pita bread with salad and yogurt sauce.
