Ingredients
  • 2 pound Butternut Squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 sprig Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cut the butternut squash into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned butternut squash cubes on a baking sheet.
  5. Place the rosemary sprigs on top of the butternut squash cubes.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
