Ingredients
  • 3 medium-sized Ripe bananas
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond flour, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla extract, walnuts, raisins, baking powder, salt, and almond milk to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
