  • 2 piece Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the baguette slices on the grill or in the oven and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until toasted.
