Ingredients
  • 2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Agar Agar Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tablespoon Loquat Seeds
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat. Add agar agar powder and sugar, and stir until dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add loquat seeds and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Pour the almond milk mixture into individual molds or a large dish.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked loquat seeds evenly over the almond milk mixture.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove from the molds or cut into desired shapes.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
