Ingredients
  • 30 leaf Grape Leaves
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the rice, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, parsley, mint, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place a grape leaf on a flat surface and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the rice mixture onto the center of the leaf.
  3. Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat with the remaining grape leaves and filling.
  5. Place the dolmas in a large pot and add enough water to cover them.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let the dolmas rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve the dolmas warm or at room temperature.
