Ingredients
  • 500 gram Spinach
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once the seeds crackle, add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add spinach and cook until it wilts.
  6. Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
