  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the carrots in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
