  • 4 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add zucchini slices and cook for 5 minutes, until tender.
