Ingredients
  • 15 ounce Canned chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoon Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, paprika, cumin, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, and fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
