  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
