  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Butter (vegan butter for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon Dill weed, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water (as needed)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, dried dill weed, and salt.
  3. Add the butter (or vegan butter) to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each portion out on a lightly floured surface, until about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters or a sharp knife.
  7. Transfer the cut crackers onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on a wire rack.
