Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon Agar agar powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 1 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Press the mixture into a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk over medium heat. Add agar agar powder and salt, and stir until dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and add dairy-free chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip coconut cream until fluffy.
  8. Remove the tart from the refrigerator and spread the whipped coconut cream on top.
  9. Garnish with fresh berries.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
