Ingredients
  • 2 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 large Carrot
  • 6 small Radishes
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the mixed greens.
  2. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  3. Peel and grate the carrots.
  4. Slice the radishes.
  5. Cut the avocado into cubes.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, radishes, and avocado.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
