Ingredients
  • 4 medium-sized Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • to taste to taste Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the onions thinly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle brown sugar over the onions. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized.
  5. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
