Ingredients
  • 2 squash Acorn squash
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Place the squash halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over each squash half.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and salt evenly over the squash.
  5. Place a small pat of butter on each squash half.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
