  • 500 gram Taro/Yam
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 50 gram Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the taro/yam into small cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Gradually add water to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
