Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Collard Greens
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the collard greens.
  2. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. In a slow cooker, combine the collard greens, onion, garlic, vegetable broth, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and liquid smoke.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. After 4 hours, stir the greens and continue cooking for an additional 2 hours.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
