  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip the cabbage strips into the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
  5. Fry the coated cabbage strips in the hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove the fried cabbage from the pan and let it rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
