Ingredients
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates and walnuts until finely chopped.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the date and walnut mixture, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the loaf to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
