  • 1 bunch Dandelion Greens
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the dandelion greens thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add the dandelion greens and sauté until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle lemon juice over the greens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Toss well to combine.
