Ingredients
  • 4 cup Kabocha squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 sprig Fresh rosemary
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off each kabocha squash and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
  3. Carve a cute jack-o'-lantern face on each squash.
  4. Rub the inside and outside of the squash with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and paprika inside the squash.
  6. Place a sprig of fresh rosemary inside each squash.
  7. Place the squash on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your cute kabocha jack-o'-lanterns!
