Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the top off each kabocha squash and scoop out the seeds and pulp.

Carve a cute jack-o'-lantern face on each squash.

Rub the inside and outside of the squash with olive oil.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and paprika inside the squash.

Place a sprig of fresh rosemary inside each squash.

Place the squash on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
