Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cooked rice
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup Cashew nuts
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 chopped Green onions
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrot and peas, cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked rice to the other side.
  5. Sprinkle curry powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper over the rice. Mix well.
  6. Add pineapple chunks, cashew nuts, and green onions. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
